Placement Assistance Program Learner Agreement

  1. Introduction

The Information Technology industry has observed that, despite possessing basic qualifications, many students and professionals struggle with practical, hands-on project tasks related to IT jobs. Recognizing this gap, SNQTECH PVT LTD has developed the Placement Assistance Program to upskill fresh and gap-year graduates. This program aims to equip meritorious learners with both practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with current industry practices, featuring Three to nine months of Course and hands-on work experience with real-world industry scenarios and capstone projects developed with industry practitioners. The goal is to enhance the learner’s professional skills and improve their chances of employment in the IT sector after completing the nine-month program.

  1. Program Overview

SNQTECH PVT LTD offers a course titled “IT Software – Technology Knowledge Process Outsourcing” (referred to as “The Placement Assistance Program”). This program is designed to impart essential skills in the IT/Software Technology/Knowledge Process Outsourcing domain through continuous and intensive exposure to theoretical and practical modules, including online training and client-based project use-case scenarios as an internship, according to the requirements outlined on the program’s website.

  1. Program Scope and Obligation

The Placement Assistance Program is tailored to enhance the learner’s employability in the IT sector. SNQTECH’s obligations under this agreement will conclude once the learner is offered a contract position, contract job, permanent job, internship, or freelance job by SNQTECH’s clients or partners.

  1. Learner’s Commitment

The learner agrees to undertake the Placement Assistance Program, as marketed by the SNQTECH Ed-Tech Sales Team, under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The program may vary Three to nine-month full-time online training course. The learner acknowledges understanding the course modules and career path prior to registration and agrees to complete the entire program, The learner must actively participate in interview preparations and attend scheduled interviews.

  1. Fees and Refund Policy

The fee paid for the Placement Assistance Program is non-refundable due to the nature of the course and SNQTECH’s policies.

  1. No Employment Guarantee

This Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or apprenticeship. It is solely intended to provide knowledge and practical experience in the IT sector, aiming to prepare the learner for potential job opportunities. We ensure to provide placement assistance but not job guarantee.

  1. Employment During Training

If the learner takes up employment with any organization, including SNQTECH, during the training period, they must notify SNQTECH in writing within one week. All obligations of SNQTECH under this Agreement will be considered fulfilled, and no refund of the fee will be provided.

  1. Program Completion and Attendance

The learner must complete the Placement Assistance Program diligently. Unauthorized absenteeism exceeding 15% of the total training days may result in expulsion from the course without any refund. Absences due to unavoidable circumstances may be made up with prior written approval from the course instructor.

  1. Examination and Assessment

The learner must achieve at least 80% marks in exams, mid-term and final assessments, mock interviews, and capstone projects. Failure to meet these criteria may lead to expulsion, with no refund of the fee.

  1. Career Services and Job Placement

Upon successful completion of Three-nine months of online training depends on program, the learner may opt into Career Services. This includes access to SNQTECH’s career coaches, employer partners, and exclusive career events. The learner must participate in structured professional development during the Career Phase. SNQTECH will assist in job placement, subject to the learner’s performance and the needs of clients. Successful learners will be referred to job opportunities, with potential salaries ranging from Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- per month based on performance.

  1. Contract Jobs and Placement

If SNQTECH offers a contract job, a separate agreement detailing the terms will be signed. The contract employment will terminate automatically after three months unless extended in writing. The learner will not be entitled to any refund after this period.

  1. Confidentiality and Conduct

The learner must maintain strict confidentiality regarding project information and return all materials before leaving the project. Breaches of confidentiality or tampering with SNQTECH’s intellectual property may lead to expulsion and legal action.

  1. Force Majeure

SNQTECH is not liable for delays in fulfilling obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or market conditions.

  1. Placement Assistance

The learner will have access to Career Services throughout the program, including job search assistance and guidance. Any employment-oriented communication from SNQTECH will be governed by the specific terms provided in that communication.

  1. Contact and Updates

The learner authorizes SNQTECH to contact them via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone for updates and notifications, overriding any registry on Do Not Disturb (DND) or Do Not Call (NDNC) lists.

By signing this Agreement, the learner agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
