Terms and Conditions for Placement Assistance Program

The Placement Assistance Program at SNQTECH operates under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Placement Assistance:
    • Attendance:The LEARNER must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% throughout the course.
    • Performance:The LEARNER must achieve at least 75% overall in module-based performance analysis tests conducted by SNQTECH.
    • Completion:The LEARNER must complete a mandatory six-month training period in the course module.
    • Additional Requirements:The LEARNER must fulfil all other eligibility requirements as detailed in these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Qualification for Career Services:
    • Academic Qualification:The LEARNER must hold a degree from a recognized university by the time of course completion.
    • Language Proficiency:The LEARNER must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
    • Work Authorization:The LEARNER must ensure they have all necessary permissions to work legally in India, as required by law.
    • Course Progression:The LEARNER must complete the course without any freezes or extensions.
    • Performance Metrics:
      • Maintain at least 80% attendance.
      • Score a minimum of 75% across all course modules.
    • Project Completion:The LEARNER must complete the course, mock interviews, and project given in the course without extensions or suspensions.
    • Mock Interviews:The LEARNER must score at least 80% in mock interviews.
    • Thesis Submission:The LEARNER must submit a project thesis report to the lead research investigator during the real-time project activity.
    • Assignment Management:The LEARNER is responsible for managing and submitting assignments for research projects (onsite and offsite) within agreed timelines.
  3. Interview Opportunities:
    • SNQTECH will present the LEARNER with up to fifteen (15) interview opportunities in relevant fields. SNQTECH will not be held liable if any of these companies do not proceed with the LEARNER’s application for any reason.
    • SNQTECH will not influence the salary or compensation package offered to the LEARNER. These discussions are to be held between the LEARNER and the Employer/Hiring Company.
    • SNQTECH will not influence the job role, designation, or nature of the work assigned by the Employer/Hiring Company. These details are to be agreed upon between the LEARNER and the Employer/Hiring Company.
  4. Non-Referral Job Offers:
    • If the LEARNER receives a job offer from a company not referred by SNQTECH, the LEARNER will still be considered to have achieved a “qualifying position” for placement purposes.
  5. Scholarship and Benefits:
    • The amount or type of scholarship awarded is at the sole discretion of SNQTECH. The LEARNER cannot contest the scholarship amount or type awarded.
    • The LEARNER is expected to apply for relevant positions based on their background and skills upon completion of the course module.
  6. Response Time:
    • The LEARNER must respond to placement opportunities from SNQTECH within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of the career services provided by SNQTECH.
  7. Compliance:
    • Adherence to the above Terms and Conditions is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in the forfeiture of job Assistance benefits.

By participating in the Placement Assistance Program, the LEARNER agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
