Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SNQTECH for your learning needs. We are dedicated to delivering a valuable and enriching experience through our mentor-led training programs as well as our self-paced courses.
Mentor-Led Training:
To qualify for a refund for mentor-led training programs, the following conditions must be met:
- Request Submission: Submit your refund request within 7 days of enrolling in the course.
- Class Attendance: Ensure you have not attended more than one (1) live online class.
Refunds for mentor-led training will be processed as follows:
50% Refund: If the request is made within the first 7 days of enrollment and all conditions are met.
Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the rejection of your refund request, and no refund will be issued.
Self-Paced Learning:
To be eligible for a refund for self-paced courses, you must meet the following criteria:
- Request Submission: Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
- Content Access: Ensure you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
Refunds for self-paced learning will be processed as follows:
50% Refund: If the request is made within the first 7 days of purchase and all conditions are met.
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
